Our history

Over the years we have operated successfully in a number of markets including commercial and residential mortgages, investment planning for both individuals and companies, pension planning for both individuals and companies, and protection planning such as life assurance and critical illness cover.

In recent years the focus of our business has shifted towards that of mortgage planning and protection planning for both the residential and corporate markets. With this in mind in October 2005 we took the commercial decision to specialise in these particular markets, choosing not to offer advice on either investment or pension planning. To cater for the needs of our existing clients and any new clients seeking such advice we work closely with other Independent Financial Advisers who have chosen to specialise in these markets.

We feel that in taking this course of action we are able to offer an unparalleled level of advice and service for anyone seeking mortgage or protection advice, no matter how complex your circumstances. Choosing to specialise solely in these areas also means we can keep abreast of all the changes within the industry, such as innovative new products, lending criteria and the latest rates.
